Shno was born in Kurdistan, Iraq on the 18th of November in 1984. She was raised in a small town near The Hague in The Netherlands. At the age of 15 she started taking dance lessons in classic, modern and jazz ballet and at the age of 16, she decided to take vocal trainings, departed in many talentscout shows in cafe's, theaters, and festivals.
